Kallelse till ett Zoom möte med samtliga klubbar i distriktet kommer senare tillsammans med information om hur röstning/godkännande ska gå till.
Mötet äger rum under vecka 49. Vi går då igenom budgeten och det finns då också möjlighet att ställa frågor.
Röstning/godkännande av budget och per capita belopp sker sedan genom klubbomröstning med en (1) röst per klubb. Din röst ska vara avlämnad senast två (2) veckor efter informationsmötet.

An invitation to a Zoom meeting with all clubs in the district will come together with information on how voting/approval will take place.
The meeting takes place during week 49. We then go through the budget and there is also the opportunity to ask questions.
Voting/approval of the budget and per capita amount then takes place by club vote with one (1) vote per club. Your vote must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks after the information meeting.
